Our clients are always entitled to:
  1. Be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
  2. Receive accurate estimates for any work to be performed.
  3. Ask questions about the process and the work being performed.
  4. Be informed about the entire process of website design/maintenance, the work and the materials we need from them.
  5. A schedule specifying dates on which materials need to be submitted by them and the expected dates of completion of certain portions of the website.
  6. Honest and constant communication throughout the entire process from start to finish.
  7. A written contract specifying the scope of the work and all other terms and conditions of the agreement.
  8. Immediate notification of any delays, problems or extra expenses which may be incurred.
  9. Pay only for authorized work. 
  10. Audit the hours spent on a project or part of a project for which we charge by the hour.
  11. See and approve/amend the project as it develops.
  12. Reasonable turnaround time of work and timely responses.
  13. Reasonable security and privacy precautions.
  14. Deliverables that work as specified in the written contract.
  15. License to use all appropriate elements of the website created by us and to retain ownership of rights to all elements supplied by them.
  16. Complete satisfaction with our work.

Siobhan Envisions is always entitled to:

  1. Know the budget range for the project up front.
  2. Be provided with adequate details and materials to accurately bid on the project.
  3. Be told when we are out of the running for the job.
  4. A written contract specifying the scope of the work and all other terms and conditions of the agreement.
  5. 50% of our fees up front.
  6. Prompt payment of all invoices.
  7. Be paid for our consultative work or ideas.
  8. Have our time valued and receive materials from our Clients on time and in a useable format.  Client delays cost us money and make the process difficult and the relationship strained.
  9. Honest and constant communication throughout the entire process from start to finish.
  10. Manage the process without being micromanaged.
  11. Make up for our mistakes.
  12. Retain all appropriate rights to assets we create for the website.
  13. Be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
