Corinthian Baptist doesn't have a church mission but members say they devote their
time trying to serve God and spread the word of His love. The church located at 1404 N. Church
Street is lead by Rev. Montele V. Burton and has about 65 members. Services are held on Wednesday from 7-8:15 p.m., and on Sundays at 10 a.m. Sunday School services are held along with 11 a.m. worship.
The church was founded in 1977 but the actual church building was built in 1915. Members say their favorite song is "Amazing Grace" and Corinthian caters to the needs of the people while offering them Christ.
Future plans are to build a new sanctuary and fellowship hall and to build a new adult day care center.
