This system can be extended for more than 15 products for additional fees.  However, the more products you have, the more cumbersome this ordering process becomes for the end user. For large amounts of products, we highly recommend using a Database Site.  See below.

  • a 'Contact Us' page with an interactive form so your customers can contact you;

What is a Merchant Account?   A Merchant Account allows you to accept payment for your products or services by credit card.  It is a special account set up for you with a bank.  If you already have a Merchant Account, you can still take advantage of our special offer Gateway. 

What is a Gateway?  A Gateway processes your credit card transactions in real time and verifies that the credit card number is valid.  Funds are deposited into your bank account within 48-72 hours.  Worry Free!  You also have complete access to a Virtual Terminal which allows you to manually enter sales you receive via telephone or mail order and run reports on transactions and sales at any time.  You can also correct mistakes and change orders.  This is all done through your browser.  No special software is required.  It's so easy to use, you could teach an 8 year old to do it!

NOTE:  We have thoroughly investigated and worked with just about ALL of the various services available to prospective Merchants.  We can offer you a cheaper monthly deal through Card Services International (totalling - with maintenance and hosting $145) but you'll miss out on some functionality, reporting and most importantly, Customer Service.  However, if cost is the most important factor to you and you're willing to forego some convenience to save $24.95 a month, contact us for details on setting up a Merchant Account through Card Services International ($350 set up fee, $15/month gateway fee, $10 Bank Statement fee, $15 monthly minimum).  Ask us!

15+ Products
We can extend the system above to accommodate more than 15 products.  However, additional fees will apply which will be determined based on the amount of products and the functionality you require.  Contact us for special pricing. 

Please remember that if you have a large amount of products to offer (more than 50), this system will not be ideal for the end user.  In those cases, we recommend using a database system which generates pages 'on the fly'.

Database Sites:  If you are looking for an Ecommerce presence with a custom designed database which will really set you apart as a leader in your industry, you can expect to pay upwards from $5,000 (lower cost options are available using PHP3 depending upon need) depending on your needs and the specific amount of SKU numbers you wish to make available.  We highly recommend this method for the larger business who is looking to stand apart from the competition.  We design your site using Cold Fusion  which will generate pages 'on the fly' and will enable you to showcase each of your products and offer them for sale.  Orders can easily be retrieved from the server by your personnel and then shipped from your facility.  This is the method being used by all the big ecommerce sites on the Internet today.  We will thoroughly test your site before releasing it to the public to ensure that it works exactly according to your specifications.  Contact us for more information.
